The Pack II received an Award of Excellence at The Cleveland National Awards 2021, presented by the Otago Art Society.
The piece was selected by Stella Lange, a Senior Lecturer in the School of Design at the Otago Polytechnic, Dunedin.
The remaining Excellence Awards were given to Gavin Chai for his painting 'Howick' oil on linen, and David Browne 'Warren Unmasked' B/W photograph.

Cast glass sculpture The Pack II has been selected as a finalist in The Cleveland National Art Awards. Works selected for the exhibition and awards are of all mediums, from artists residing throughout New Zealand.
The winners will be announced at the awards night on Friday 7th May at 6pm at Otago Art Society, 1st Floor, Dunedin Railway Station.
The exhibition opens to the public on Saturday 8th May - Saturday 12th June 2021

Ceramic and cast glass sculpture This Dark Matter has been shortlisted in the Small Sculpture Prize 2021. The finalists have been selected by Hamish Coney, an independant arts advisor and writer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
The national Small Sculpture Prize exhibition is held at the Waiheke Community Art Gallery and will run from Friday 2 April - Sunday 9 May 2021.
Awards ceremony and prize giving will be held on Friday 2 April at 6pm.

The Focus on Glass exhibition will showcase the works of 60 glass artists from around New Zealand and celebrate the various techniques used in the medium of glass; including kiln-forming, casting, blowing, flame-working, and other specialized techniques.
