The theme of this work is concerned with expressing movement and growth, ideas which explore human interference in biology and developments in science. This ceramic sculpture has been made using traditional wheel throwing techniques, producing repeated smaller forms which are then joined to construct the whole final piece.

This work was selected as a finalist in the RT Nelson Sculpture Awards 2022
